There are many reasons that people go into teaching. All of us have had inspirational teachers who have contributed to who we are today, and we never forget the influence they’ve had on us. I can name the most important teachers in my life. Who are the ones that influenced you? Many teachers today say they want to have that same effect on the next generation. Health and Pension

Standard health and pension is given to teachers as part of their incentives on a monthly basis.

Vacation Time

Teachers have individual vacations twice a week. Although teachers don’t work during the summer, we give teachers a choice between receiving their annual salary over the 10 months of the school year or spreading paychecks out over a full year.
